Thermal stability evaluation system
What is organic thermal stability evaluation equipment?
In the case of organic materials for the OLED process, it should not be thermally decomposed for a long period of time (more than two weeks) in the vapor deposition process.
This equipment evaluates whether the organic material is thermally stable.
The equipment consists of one hub pumping chamber, four process chambers and four furnaces.and saving data.
Each of the four chambers can perform an organic durability test separately and is capable of visualizing real-time data in graphs.
